We re currently work on content which will be projekted on a specific type of projector over DVI. I m not shure what profile ore LUT i should choose for grading process. The footage comes from a REDcam… first light and convert for comp is done with redspace ore rec709. The only info i get from the client is that the signal will be sRGB 8bit within a png sequence. Should we look for a custom LUT ? We have our studio setup for 10 bit SDI. Should we grade with a kalibrated DVI monitor ? :)

You’d need to get a custom LUT for the projector. You can create a LUT for it by using a hardware probe that measures the output (similar to how you calibrate computer screens) from the projector. I’m guessing neither you or your client can do that, in which case the best option would be to create a test clip and see the result through the project to get an idea of how the images changes so you can try to compensate in Color.
